Potty Like a Rockstar With Corolle Dolls
Kids love to role play and realistic looking dolls can help them tackle each new childhood challenge.
Corolle Dolls provide a high-quality, child-safe, washable, lovable baby doll option for kids of all ages.
June is National Potty Training Awareness Month (No, Seriously), so we’re excited to share Paul and Emma with you.
This adorable duo can help make toilet training a healthy, enjoyable learning experience for your toddler or preschooler.
We’re in the pre-potty training stage at our house and already baby is very interested in the process, thanks in large part to Emma. Emma and Paul are anatomically correct and drink water from their bottles and then wet in their potties.
According to experts like Teri Crane (the potty pro) and Elizabeth Pantley (author of The No-Cry Potty Training Solution: Gentle Ways to Help Your Child Say Good-Bye to Diapers), dolls that wet can alleviate some of the stress of changing a child’s bathroom routine.
Teri Crane specifically recommends Paul and Emma in her book, Potty Train Your Child in Just One Day: Proven Secrets of the Potty Pro. As part of her one day training session, she advocates having the child first teach Emma or Paul to potty and then shifting the focus to your child’s learning.
And both dolls, which are lead-free, BPA-free, and phthalate-free, and easy to clean, make great companions. My daughter loves to feed Emma, place her on her potty, and give her a bath. Because the dolls are all vinyl, they are also great for bathing and relieving bath anxieties.
And, although, I never personally was a big fan of playing with dolls, I find Corolle’s dolls to be remarkably charming. As an added bonus, caring for Emma has helped my girl get ready for her little brother on the way.
However you choose to toilet train, you’ll find an ally in Emma and Paul.

Emma is my favorite.
My favorite Corolle doll is Calin charming pink.
Camille Ballerina is my favorite. And I don’t have a potty training tip. I NEED a potty training tip. My 2 year old grandson lives with me and potty training is about to do me in. It was alot easier when my children were small.
I bought my oldest daughter the Camille
Ballerina as she started taking Balet lessons
and she was thrilled now my two year old wants a Corolle doll and this would be perfect for her as she is in the training Stage.
Thanks
Marie Ballerina is my favorite. What precious dolls; I know a little girl that would LOVE this!
Potty tip of the day: Relax. Don’t pressure. I tried every angle till my son was 3; one day he simply woke up and said “I’m not goina do that any more”. And he didn’t! So, most of the work is in their head , I believe. He quit when I laid off and he decided on his own. Never went back!
I like Amandine. My potty tip is Do Not Pressure the child. Let it occur naturally, with encouragement and guidance.
[...] Where: Mamanista [...]
Emma is my favorite. My potty training tip is to just pick a weekend and go for it. Have plenty of underwear, linens, laundry soap, rewards (stickers, etc.) and above all …. patience.

My favorite is the Calin laughing raspberry since my daughters name is Cailin, its close. She would love the Emma doll though!!
My favorite doll is actually the Camille Ballerina doll from them. They have beautiful dolls that my daughters just love. I even wrote a review of that doll on my blog :) http://scrappyd.blogspot.com/2008/06/review-corolle-les-cheries-doll-camille.html
I really like the Babicorolle snugglies
Best potty training tip is to be consistant and don’t give up.
Emma is so cute too.
With the nice weather, it is a good time to practice going without a diaper while outside. That is how my 2nd daughter learned to potty train.
I like the Emma doll…
I love the Suce Pouce blue and Suce Pouce pink dolls. They’re both absolutely adorable.
For potty training, I think what I learned is to not push them before they’re ready. There is no set timetable for when a child should start training and there was a huge difference between my daughter and my son and I felt terribly guilty and inept that my son wasn’t trained by age 3 but he simply wasn’t ready. He was trained by 4 and that was ok.
Oh,
and my potty trick (this actually worked on my middle daughter)
Get someone with a small baby to give you one of their diapers.
For about 3 days, keep telling your child that they are growing so much and pretty soon they won’t even fit in diapers anymore. Have some nice fancy underwear ready with their favorite princess or character on them.
When the time is right, try to put on the smaller diaper and show them that now they are just to much of a “big girl/boy” to fit in the diapers…and look here, Mommy just happens to have some big boy/girl underwear that DOES fit…go from there…
You may still have accidents, and you may have to try on that tiny diaper a few times, but eventually, they get it.
I love the Emma doll.
My tip - never force them to use the potty because then they will be afraid to go potty, and will try to hold it in.
very hard decision. i’ll have to choose dolly marshmallow. she is just beautiful.
We actually have Emma and she did help our daughter potty train. I’d love to have Paul for our son’s potty training…
What a great giveaway. I love the Calin Cheerful Pink doll the best. Thank you so much and please enter me.
Question: My son is nearly three. We have not “started” training yet. We have just been “talking potty” to him for MONTHS. Many times every day I ask if he would like to go sit on the potty and he says “no thank you.” I don’t want to pressure him as warned against in the above comments. But do I really just keep letting him say “no thank you” and doing nothing?
Well… Paul of course :)
I like the vanilla blonde classic doll.
Mommie
my advice is not to push them, when they are ready you will know.
Thanks for the contest! I like that Corolle makes several dolls that are non-Caucasian. I like the Poupette Loli…
And for my tip… I think summertime, bare-bottom training is the best way to go! Set aside three or four days when you can be in the yard or back porch with baby’s bottom bare and a handy potty… by the end of that time, hopefully your child will have a better idea of when to head for the potty!
Bébé Charmeur is adorable. Thanks
I love the Calin candy pink doll. Thanks for the great giveaway!
Now for my tip, with my oldest daughter we started trying when she was 2.5 and it clicked immediately. She was ready for it, we used stickers with her. Now my son was ready at 3.5 but for him it was more difficult and he had more accidents. Also with him we used stickers. Now for my youngest we have to see how it goes, she’s only 1 so we’ve got a lot of time yet. Thanks for the great giveaway!
I like emma.
My best tip is to not make the potty a dirty thing, that screwed me up until adulthood!
1) My favorite Corolle Doll is Chloé Ballerina.
2) When I was training my youngest daughter her big sister (only 14 months older than her) helped. When big sis went to the bathroom she took her little sister and put her on the potty chair while she sat on the toilet. My youngest caught on really fast this way. I never had to worry about getting busy and forgetting to ask her if she needed to go since her sister took her regularly.
My daughter has a couple of other Corolle dolls and has had hours of enjoyment with them. I think that Suce Pouce Blue is adorable as well.
I love Paul! I also think that Louis is cute too. Thanks!
love the Patachou Dragée doll!
I would love a Paul doll for my son who is about to start potty training. And Carolle’s Dolly Marshmallow is too cute!
As far as a tip…I haven’t gone through the process yet but will be soon! A mom friend of mine passed along some good advice for kiddos that have trouble going #2. She said her pediatrician recommended having the child blow up balloons while sitting on the potty, because it uses the same muscles as when you have to go…plus it makes it fun, and distracts them a little! :)
I like that Tidoo floats in the bathtub!
My question is how do you know when your child might be ready to start potty training? My child is 16 months and I wonder when to start.
emma doll is my favorite
I like the Emma doll. I just don’t know how to get my daughter started pottytraining!? Great giveaway, thanks!
Louis is my favorite - my son would love it. I think the potty training dolls are a GREAT idea! Bring it on!
Potty tip - We are just trying to make it fun and non-pressured. Our son gets to flush whenever he wants and sometimes he just sits on the big potty for fun and sometimes on the little potty. Someday I hope it turns to actual use!
The Lia interactive doll is my fave.
jceko77@yahoo.com
My best potty training tip is to make the potty accessible, but don’t be forceful. My daughter potty trained herself a week before her second birthday.
jceko77@yahoo.com
I like the Patachou Dragée for younger babies.
Don’t wait until your child is too old to potty train easily. Once they get to a certain age it can turn into a power struggle.
do it young, and don’t turn back n maater what - just plow through and you’ll get there!
I like the Louis Doll the most
I’ve had my eye on the Corolle dolls for quite some time. It started last year when I was searching for an inexpensive alternative to the American Girl dolls but of the same quality. After doing a lot of searching, I settled on the Corolle dolls. (Did you know the Chloe Ballerina doll was featured in the movie ‘The Game Plan’ with former pro-wrestler turned actor ‘The Rock’?)
I am a single mom to 3 kids, the youngest of which is a 5 yr old girl and I would love to have that beautiful Chloe doll from the Les Cheries collection for her. She loves dolls. Those and horses are her two favorite toys.
And here’s my potty training tip.
I made a chart using a basic computer graphics program (or even Microsoft Word would work) that listed each day of the week and several boxes for each day. I personalized the top of the chart with my daughter’s name, a small picture of her, and some of her favorite cartoon characters. Then I bought a package of stickers (just the plain gold star kind) and left them in a bathroom drawer.
Each time my daughter went on the potty, she got to put a sticker on one of the boxes for that day. It worked like a charm. I had a few failed potty training attempts with her, including enticing her with cool “big girl panties”, Pull Ups, the whole bit - and this one made a huge difference!
Oh, and my son was the hardest to potty train (as I’ve heard boys are) and part of the problem was that our bathroom was upstairs. So I made him a little “mini-bathroom” in a corner of our living room downstairs where I put his potty seat and a little privacy screen so he wouldn’t have to rush upstairs or worry about going up there alone.
Here is my question - is it horrible to potty train my son (no diapers during the day) but still put a diaper on him at night? He sleeps upstairs and we are downstairs and there is no way he can get himself to the bathroom in the middle of the night.
I like the Calin Cheerful Pink from the Mon Premier line.
Oh my! These dolls are great! I have an 8 month old that is already showing interest in dolls. I know she would love the Babee Carolle collection (especially the Babipouce Pink Striped). What a great giveaway! Keeping my fingers crossed:)
I really like the Lia interactive doll. They all look great though! Thanks!
My potty training tip: Bribes are OK, very ok! And luckily they work!
I think my little girl would love the Calin Cheerful Pink doll!
meg.wilson@gmail.com
Hm….all we focused on was rewarding for staying DRY, not for going potty. It seemed to take away some of the pressure.
Our son is fully trained now, even at night (he’s 3-1/2), and we’re about to train our daughter! Thanks for the contest!
meg.wilson@gmail.com
My fav doll is the Pink Melodie Doll. We’re starting Rylee to lift her shirt when she has to use the bathroom. So far it has been after she has wet her diaper. She’s just 18 months so we’re not going to push too much this early.
Emma.
We haven’t started potty training yet but do you teach boys to sit on the potty or to go pee standing up?
I love Dolly Purple
Having potties in each room was really helpful when our son was first learning- less distance to travel to get there before it’s too late.
I love Camille!!! I haven’t potty trained my kids–they are 1 1/2 and 2 1/2 years old (11 months apart). Since I haven’t potty trained yet, I don’t exactly know what to do. However, I have heard to just give the kiddos lots of salty snacks, lots of juice (or whatever they like to drink), bring the potty chair into the kitchen, roll up the carpets….and bombs away! It should just take a short time….so they say!!
My favourite doll is Bébé Amour; she is just precious.
As for toilet training tips; I think its pretty kid specific as to what works and what doesn’t. I definitely wouldn’t pressure a kidlet and would let them progress at their own pace.
I love the Louis doll! My question about potty training is when is the average age for a boy to begin potty training?
My tip is just to keep at it, show them the potty as much as possible, and pullups are a waste of time and IMO hold the kiddos back, don’t bother with them.
I love the Coralie doll
I am sure my daughter would love the Calin Laughing Raspberry. My best tip for toilet training is to leave it to the child. The more I asked my daughter the more she resisted. I decided to let it be for a while and it worked! She just got up one day and decided that she was through with her diapers!!
The Emma is my favorite!!
Emma is my best pick.
I love Calin!
I just found the Tidoo doll - it floats in the bathtub for bathtime. So cute! We have 2 of their dolls for babies that we received as gifts and our daughter LOVES one of them in particular SO much. I am glad to know about their website now. Thanks for the giveaway!!
My potty training tip is specifically for boys - A great way to potty train, but can be sort of a last ditch effort - if to let them run naked around the house for a few days. It really bothers boys to “go” with nothing there to catch it. They will usually cry immediately for the bathroom and after a few days are usually trained!
My best potty training tip is actually to be careful and don’t force the issue before the child is ready! We waited until 3.5 years with my son because he got upset when we tried earlier; and while it did take a little incentive to get him to actually commit to it at 3.5, he was physically ready when we tried, so it went very smoothly.
I love the Chouquette Brunette - she’s a great cross between a baby doll and a “little girl” doll from their older doll line. I think my 2 yr old would love a babydoll that’s not bald. :-)
Both Emma/Paul and Tidoo are very very cool… although I have to admit I worry about bringing nice toys into the bathtub and getting water in them and ruining them, which is why I’ve shied away from Tidoo.
What a great giveaway!!! We are going through potty training now and the thing that has worked best for my little one is to have her hang out with slightly older girl who are potty trained.
seeing older girls use the potty really motivates her to try.
wow how cute this doll if i won it would come in handy my little one is well 15 mo’s old and well shes almost ready to start potty training and well i know she realy wants to start useing the potty every time i put her dippers on she well trys to take them off and well in order for me to get her to keep them on i had to well put a pair of underpants on her a long with the dipper and well her fav video is the potty song and the dipper dance and well shes realy takeing i likeing to the potty song and video as soon as she heres or even see’s it she well go’s and sits on her potty and well if we won this doll it just would help out a lot thanks
Would love the Emma doll- though my daughter would also fall in love with Chouquette Blonde as she love “styling” other people’s hair.
I really like Patachou Dragée
Lila is adorable, my Lilly would love her. With both my girls I never used a “potty chair” I bought one of those cushioned seats that fits into the normal toliet, and a step stool. They loved going like a big girl.
I like the Babipouce Pink Striped. I have never seen those before!
I’d love to win the Paul Potty Doll.
My best potty training advice is from the book Infant Potty Training. In fact, I did a whole post about it once:

Whoops. I guess I didn’t do 2 separate comments, did I?
Lets separate that:

Marie Ballerina is so sweet, my daughters love ballet
Love the Emma doll
Have your child pick out a special pair of panties. They only get to wear them if they don’t pee in them.
BeBe Do is so cute. Such a realistic looking baby!
I agree with Noreen, special panties that they don’t want to pee on are so important!
Lots of praise!
Amandine from the Miss Corolle classic line is adorable:
http://corolle.com/us/catalogue/fiche_pdt.php5?ref=M2192
Thanks! :)
Best potty training tip isn’t original but it worked for us. M&M’s. My first was trained in two weeks with them.
But I will also say that you have to respect each individual child and their own personal timing. My youngest child took FOREVER to train. Nothing I did worked. She just wasn’t ready until she was ready.
Sorry…I don’t see my other comment. Forgive me if I’m repeating myself, but the Amandine doll from the Miss Corolle classic line is adorable.
Louis is great!
My best potty training tip is to not puch it until they are ready.
I also like the Emma doll. For potty training, consistency and praise are the most important pieces of the puzzle.
My daughter would love the Hairstyling & Make-up Head!
Potty training tip…it has been awhile. I remember using lots of praise, frequent trips to the bathroom and prizes!
My favorite doll is Miss Corelle! What a cute doll.
My training tip - The only thing that worked for my son was getting a bucket full of dinosaurs (his favorite thing at the time) and letting him choose a new one out of the bucket each time he went potty. When he had chosen all of the dinos, I put them back in the bucket to start again.
i like the louis doll.the best tip is to stay calm and don’t push.
Marie Ballerina is adorable-For a potty training tip I don’t really have one except let them initiate when they are ready and be consistant with taking them to the potty once an hour or in some time frame to make it familar to them!
Paul is my favorite, he is so cute and you don’t see boy dolls often enough.
I would say, positive reinforcement on the training. M&M’s worked great for us!!
We were able to train our daughter fairly quickly by just letting her go without a diaper and having the potty chair out in the open, so she could go when she needed to!
I like the Vanilla Blonde Doll for my little girl.
I think the “Trendies” line is fun! There are too many options to choose one favorite, but you just can’t argue with pink hair!
Oh, potty training. We’re not ready to start yet, but I’ve heard from my friends that there’s a big hurdle between pee in the potty and poop in the potty. What’s the best way to overcome a child’s resistance to pooping in the potty?
I really like the drink and wet dolls the best. They can be played with and they can help a child understand what happens to their bodies. I think one of the best ways to potty train is to make it fun. Put books in the bathroom about toileting and make it special for them by having a special chair or seat.
My favorite Corelle doll is the Cailin smiling one. I dont have any potty training advice, I am having a really tough time training my son. he is not picking it up, he doenst even try anymore. (I hope my daughter is easier when her turn comes around.) I am trying to be patient with him.
I love the Marie Ballerina!
drink and wet dolls the best
THANK YOU GOD BLESS
My favorite doll is the Miss Corelle Amandine. She is so pretty!
My potty training tip is to put the potty chair in the bathroom when they are young. That way they will be used to it when it is time to start training.
Louis is adorable….can you tell I have boys? ;)
Regarding potty training, I do a few reward systems since my son is a very determined little boy.
Sticker chart for wanting to try and he gets rewards every 3 rows worth (24 stickers) — that was our toughest battle since he had great control; just not enough interest in going.
He gets one treat (mini marshmallow) if I tell him to try and he makes; 2 if he tells me on his own he needs to. I almost never have to remind him!
I love Bebe Cherie, but Emma is such a sweetie too!
My biggest potty training tip is to have an open door potty policy. Children learn best by imitation, so if they can grow up watching you go to the bathroom they will be ready and quicker to learn at a younger age. Both my girls have been fully trained before two :).
I really like the Babirêves Blue doll! He is adorable!
My tip-Give the boys something to aim for in the toilet. It helps make cleaning up a lot easier!
I like the Marie Ballerina doll. Each child is different, take your time and be consistant
Paul would be my choice.
My tip is to use nothing but cotton underwear, no pullups.Be patient and give lots of praise.
For potty training, remember that urine training, and poop training, are two separate things. Don’t expect a child to get one because they get the other, and remember they may have to be taught/approached differently.
Our favorite Corolle doll is Mini-Calin Yang.

i am going through the potty training with two. little success. giving them a potty book while they use it has worked for me. exspecially the dora potty book.
when we were potty training my nieces. we would just put underwear on them. yeah they had accidents, but they got tired of being wet na started using the potty
Hard to choose, I love dolls, Fleur is a winner.
Babipouce Grenadine is so cute. My daughter would love her. My tip… Never give up, but give lots of praise and rewards. Thanks. Paul and Emma are great and my boy/girl twins would love either.
I like the Bébé Amour, my daughter is not so interested in the potty yet (still only 23 months) so my advice is to not push things and remember that they won’t be in diapers forever.
I also like the dolls meant for infants like the Minirêves Bright. When my 3 & 5 yr old boys were potty training it helped to keep an extra potty in the minivan to avoid trips to public restrooms.
Marie looks adorable - and Emma’s a cutie, too!
My potty training tip: Don’t approach it with a sense of dread, your little one will pick up on your vibe and then you’re doomed! Seriously, it’s not that bad and the end result is worth the effort.
We have just begun potty training so this would be a huge asset for us.
My advice….praise for when your child sits on the potty and extra special praise when your child actually goes potty in the potty. I also reward my daughter with a special treat when she goes in her potty. That seems to motivate her to try more often.
My 5yo daughter loves styling hair so the Hairstyling & Make-up Head would be perfect for her.
Great contest! My advice: Have a definate Reward Chart and plan so that your child knows what to expect and keep consistent so he/she doesnt get discouraged. Make sure she feels like it is the BIGGEST accomplishment in the world when she goes on the potty.
I forgot to say in my above post Emma is my very favorite!
Calin Charming Pastel is my favorite ‘first’ Corolle doll.
I love Bebe Cheri… so sweet! I have no tips, as I’m currently going through the potty training stage now! My question would be, How do you know when they’re ready to stay dry through the night?
Cailin laughing raspberry is very cute; there are many cuties though.
Q: is it true that you should wait to train a child until they say something about dirtying their diaper which means they should be ready to train? Thanks.
yourstrulee(at)sasktel(dot)net
I love Vanilla Blonde Miss Corolle.
A tip that helped us was to put the potty in the family room - helped our daughter think about needing to go!
I love dolls, Fleur is a winner.
My favorite is Calin Candy Pink. My tip is to let the child lead the way - forcing the potty training will not work.
I love Amandine. My tip is to let the child go at his or her own pace but to gently prod them when you know the time is right.
I’m dying to get my almost one year old a Lila doll for her birthday…since that is her name! My two older girls both received the Calin dolls for their first birthdays…they smell so nice.
We are currently potty training and my best advice is to wait until they seem ready and don’t push it. She is almost 3, but she took to it like a champ once she was ready.
I like the Bébé Charmeur doll the best. So sweet!
My question is that I just don’t understand how taking a potty-training baby to a public bathroom is feasible. Even with the portable potty covers, wouldn’t he end up touching stuff and getting germs all over him?
My other potty training tip would be that sometimes they prefer to go in a big potty right away. Both my older girls were like this…they preferred having a step stool and a smaller potty insert. They felt like they were really big kids when they went in the big potty.
Also, it really helps if they have an older kid to learn from. It doesn’t have to be a sibling…but an older cousin or friend or neighbor works, too!
As for the doll…definitely the Lila doll.
Emma is my favorite, but I don’t have any potty training tips. Daycare give the kids an M & M when they use the potty. It worked for my oldest, but not my other two.
when they are ready you will know.
I love the Calin Blue Striped doll…very cute…and my best potty training tip is START YOUNG!! :)
I really like the Marie Ballerina, so great! thanks
Baby Oscar is my favorite - it’d be great for boys and girls.
My question about potty training is how much talking about it is necessary for kids to “get” it - or if they’ll just naturally know what to do. (I’m expecting my first)
Would love to have the Emma doll since Bug will be potty-training any day now…
…so my question is how do I get Bug to tell us that she needs to go BEFORE she does it? This lack of communication is our one roadblock (she’s a very verbal 32-month old…)
Calin Laughing Raspberry. My best tip is to stay calm and don’t stress. It will happen.
I love Emma, my daugther is potty training and it would be perfect.
I’d love to win Paul for my son. My potty training tip is one my mom used. She put the potty in the kitchen and encouraged us to sit on it whenever we wanted. Since she was always in the kitchen, we didn’t mind sitting on the potty since we could see her and hang out with her. Then she told us to tell her if we felt we had to go to the bathroom. She would help us take off our diaper and encourage us to use the potty. A lot of the time we didn’t actually have to use the bathroom…but we got used to the concept and eventually we figured it out. I think we just liked the attention she gave us. Anyhow…I was trained before age 2 and my brother was trained by age 2 1/2 using that no-pressure technique.
My favorite is the hairstyling & makeup doll because I had one when I was little & love it and because my little girl loves to do people’s hair & makeup! I know she’d have a blast with it.
My favorite doll is Emma.
love emma. plus my favorite from their site is
Musical Babipouce Pink so cute for baby.
This is great - I love the fact that there are boy dolls. I like the Louis doll, as well as several of the other boy dolls.
I worked in daycare for years and kids just vary in age when they are ready to potty. I’ve seen perfectly intelligent kids who are just not ready at 3, but within a few months, are. It doesn’t matter when they are ready, most kids are fully potty trained by kindergarten, and that is all that matters.

I love the Miss corolle vanilla blonde doll, but they are all very sweet looking. My best potty trainig tip is to put the potty in the room you are most and just let them sit on it whenever they want so they’re comfortable with it BUT if they reject it put it away and try a month later so it’s a new exciting thing again.
I like Paul. We used a sticker chart as an incentive when potty training our son.
These are too adorable! We checked out the baby line due to our first baby girl Helana due in September, my 2 boys probably wouldn’t care for a baby doll too much LOL!
We like: Babipouce Asian from the Baby Corolle line.
My best potty tip is: Don’t ask you child if they need to go, just take them every 1/2 hour to hour depending on the child and especially after drinking and eating , about 15 min after those 2! If you ask they won’t necessarily tell you especially starting off pottying.
Also be sure to use some sort of reward system, I wouldn’t suggest using candy or snacks… Maybe something like for example my oldest loves me reading to him so we would choose whatever book he’d like for a few times that day, a real treat for him!
amandine- I recommend buying your ds/dd favorite underwear that they pick up and going cold turkey and putting away the diapers and dressing them in the new undies!
Our favorite is Camille Ballerina.
My daughter got Chloe for Christmas and loves her.
Thank you!
Chloe is adorable. If I’m the lucky winner I’d like an Emma for my daughter’s 3rd birthday it’s the 12th of July.
I like emma
I love the Emma Drink and Wet bath baby (since my daughter’s name is Emma).
My potty training tip would be to just have patients and lots of extra underwear.
I like the paul boy. I think boys need an anatomically correct boy doll that they can identify with.
potty tip: When teaching boys to pee standing up throw a couple of cheerios in the potty and have them try to sink them. It makes it funner for them and they concentrate on aiming better instead of not paying attention and spraying everywhere
We’d love to have louis!
I blogged your contest on Prize-A-Tron too!
http://www.prizeatron.com
My daughter is nearly at the potty training stage. I’d love to win this doll to help us with the process.
My daughter would love to have a Tidoo doll to play with in the bath tub.
Tidoo Graceful is my favorite. My question about potty training is when to start. I have a ten month old, and I don’t know when to start with the pre-potty training phase.
I also love Calin Naïma. And my second query about potty training is whether or not you know of any anatomically correct boy dolls for children of color. Thanks for the contest!
Emma is my favorite. That is also my daughters name
paul
Don’t rush. Let them ease into getting trained
The ballerinas Camille, Chloé and Marie are too cute! Thanks - my daughter would love Emma.
best tip for us was not to stress over it - your kids will train in their own time.
and stickers work great!
LOOOVe the ballerina doll!
My potty training tip - keep a travel potty in the car for emergency stops (or to avoid nasty porta potties)
Paul is my favorite! I’m trying to potty train my son right now, and I’ve always wished for a good bathtime doll.
Potty training question: How do you handle a child who likes to poop standing up? Any transition tips for helping him go while sitting down?
Any tips on helping with nighttime training? I’m potty training my little two year old right now. She does great during the day, but naps and bedtime are always a struggle. I’d love to win the Emma doll.
My favorite is Suce Pouce Pink.
My best potty training tip would be to skip the pullups. If I put them on my daughter she uses them as regular diapers.
I LOVE the Corolle dolls! It’s hard to name one favorite, but as mom of a boy I’d have to say it’s a tie between Louis and Paul. I love boy dolls!
My potty training tip is CLOTH DIAPERS. They allow your child to feel when they are wet, and helps them recognize when they need to potty. It also gives them an incentive to pee in the potty and not get wet.
I think the Babipouce Flower doll is very cute. THanks.
My tip: Let your kid run around with no bottoms on. Seriously I trained my son in two days. We had a little reward system and everytime he went he got three mini m&m’s. He loved it!!! I like the above about Cloth diapers - my daughter is in cloth so we’ll see how that goes.
I really like the Minirêves Bright for my little one and the Suce Pouce Pink for my older although she’s the one I’d like the Emma for.
My potty training question - Is it easier with a little potty or a step stool real potty or does it depend on the child ( or mom who doesn’t want to clean a little potty!).
My favorite is Doudou Dragée.
When should I start potty training?
My girls would love Amandine and Marie Ballerina! Thanks for the giveaway!!

My best tip would be to sit your child on the toilet in the morning before or after breakfast and while they are on the potty read books to them. This gets them into the start of a routine.
My kids also loved picking out their very own undies once they got past the training panties.
Naima (M2103) is my favorite!
My daughter pees in the potty, no problem. But she always poops her panties! Help!
The Pink Melodie Doll is just TOO cute, and looks like it would appeal to a wide age range.
My potty training tip is to beeee patient. You’ll get there. All kids learn on their own schedule, and we just can’t rush them.
I love the Emma doll.
The Trendies are cute
I like Emma. Let your kids run around naked outside so that they see and feel the pee along with the sensation of peeing. thanks for the chance.
i like baby oscar….
My 21-month-old daughter loves dolls and she loves going potty so this doll would be a winning combination for her! I perused the site and I think that the Bébé Charmeur would be a great 2nd birthday present for her. Either that doll or the Emma doll, that is… ;)
My potty training tip? Try to be easygoing about the process. When messes happen, just say “oops! tell mama next time” and move on. Your cheerful, pleasant, and positive attitude will rub off on your little one…
I really like the Babirêves Blue doll!
At what age can I start potty training my son?
How does EC work and when is that most effective (what age range)?
Thanks
I like Billy from the Beedibies.
I really like Paul Drink-and-Wet Bath Baby. He’s too cute. I think parents should be very patient with their kids to the point of doing potty also so the kids won’t get scared of the toilet.
I love both of the potty training Dolls, they are both great ideas. I found that allowing the child to run around with out any clothes for a day or so, they become more aware of the feelings of going potty.
Marie Ballerina
Emma is exquisite ~ thank you for offering this contest.
Dora the Explorer Soft Potty Seat is packed whenever we leave the house. This makes potty training easier and consistent whether we be at Grandma’s or a play date.
Emma is my favorite.
All of the pink ones are cute and a great reward to use.
Bébé Amour
We need Paul. My boy has got to learn how to use the potty!
entry 1: i love the Emma doll and i know my daughter would love her too! thanks
entry 2: potty training tip: support your when they start showing interest in the potty chair. let your child sit on it and explore it so that they aren’t afraid of their new potty. i called ours the “big girl potty” and it helped my dd feel like a big girl when she used it.
Baby Lila is my favorite.
My tip is to train in the summer. The child can run around in just a t-shirt and underpants. It’s easier and quicker for them to go potty than if they have to pull down pants, too.
I love Dolly Marshmallow!
We’re just starting to train, but my tip is using some kind of reward system.
The boy doll would be nice for the granson! ty for the nice sweepstakes!:)
Paul Potty Training Doll is cute!
Mini-Calin Yang Doll is so sweet. know when the child is ready,& be patience
I really like 00195
Babipouce Christening, it is such a nice gift idea for a baby.
My son was easy to potty train, I made a huge posterboard reward chart, and bought tons of stickers, and everytime he went on the potty he was given a sticker to put on the chart, he loved it!
I am just starting the potty training with my youngest, not sure how she will do, she is very strongwilled.
Chloé the ballerina doll is my favorite! My 2 kids were really easy to potty train so I don’t really have any tips. I guess all I can say is try not to stress too much because they pick up on it and use it against you!
These dolls are great.
Train by the three bag chocolate method! Approved by moms and kids alike!
Buy one bag mini chocolate chips, one bag regular chocolate chips, and one bag Hershey kisses. Reward your child for sitting on the potty with one mini chip. If he/she pees, reward her with one regular chip. If he/she poops, reward with one Hershey kiss! Give yourself a kiss too! Has never been known to fail - only three bag investment!
I like them both
I really like Marie Ballerina.
I am trying to potty train my daughter and she is scared of the bathroom. I am going to get the Emma doll and is if it works. Great idea and prize.
I like the Emma Drink and Wet Bath Baby. My potty training tip came from the horrible experience of my middle daughter who would hold in her poop for days at a time. DO NOT PRESSURE YOUR KID!!! It’s no big deal if you have to come back to potty training later, but it’s a lot harder to get them UN neurotic.
Potty tip: My daughter loves to watch any potty video and follow along. When its time to wipe, she used to run and unroll all the toilet paper, ruin the roll, etc…you all know what I’m talking about. So I started saving toilet paper rolls when there is a little bit left on it. Now when its time to wipe, I give the big girl her own roll and she doesn’t ruin the rolls in the bathroom anymore!
The Tidoo Sorbet doll is really cute, I like the clothes that one is wearing.
I would like the Paul doll for my son! What do you do when your almost 4 year old loves diapers and thinks underwear and potties are stupid!
I think the Paul Drink and Wet Bath Baby doll is a great option for helping a MOM teach a boy how to go on the potty - I am hoping to win and hoping that this will help my so-far-untrainable-tot!!!
Camille Ballerina is my favorite.
My tip is don’t rush it.
Emma is adorable. Make a potty training chart and reward them with stickers. When they earn enough stickers (5 or 10), they get a special treat!
My best tip is to buy some potty training DVD’s
the doudou dragee looks like the kind of thing that a little one would love
when my older son potty trained we just let him be naked whenever we were at home - he never had an accident if he was naked
Dolly Marshmallow is a very neat-o doll! The only potty training tip I have is very obvious - just overly praise every positive step along the way.
My 2.5 year old daughter pointed to Marie Ballerina and said “can you buy me that pwease?”
My tip is to reward children for being willing to try this new potty training thing. I put a sheet from a big calendar on the wall and let them put a sticker on it every time they willingly sit down and try to go. Then I increase the reward to a small treat every time they successfully make it to the potty, like a Hershey’s kiss. You can’t rush it!
Treat your little tyke with respect. Don’t make them feel bad when an accident happens. They all get it in the end. pun intended
I like Marie Balarina.
My potty training issue right now is getting my daughter to go inside to pee. I think boys are easier because my son loved to pee on trees. We spend a lot of time outside and she wants to pee on trees or the grass and I am trying to teach her not to go in her pants, yet it isn’t as easy for a girl to do it outside and she ends up peeing on her clothes anyway.
My favorite collection of dolls is Les Dollies; I also really like “Emma.”
Best potty training tip — don’t push the kid too hard, but encourage, encourage, encourage.
Bebe Cheri is very sweet
My favorite is Baby Chou Pink. She’s so pretty, and I know that she’s the kind of doll that my 2 granddaughters would just love.
my fave is emma, so im very happy she is up for winning !
My favorite is the Calin candy pink doll and my tip is= Your child will be ready when they are ready, don’t push, get a small potty chair and if you have warm weather put cloth undies on them . They don’t like the wet feeling and will learn what this is not a good thing and give them choices.Ask you child when you are dressing them what color they want to wear for undies, make them feel important. They are making the choice to go potty. Boys like to play,so put cheerios and have them aim in the circle, the boys love it and for girls ,a book when she is sitting or a doll. More than 1 tip,I know, ,I was on a roll, count me in to win
I like Calin Cheerful Pink. My best tip is don’t force the child if he/she isn’t ready.
Emma :)
Its Emma since I have a grandtwin named Emma followed by Camille; Thanks SW
My daughter has been carrying around the Calin Blue Striped doll for more than 8 months now- It is still her favorite toy!
Our best tip is to start early!!
Paul doll would be my choice for my little guys- although I did like the Louis doll on the site. Potty Tip: Candy bribes :)
We also did potties all over the house for a while- that way he was never far away and we could scoop him up quickly when the time came
i love the emma doll how gorgeous..the best tip i can think of is to be consistent with bringing the child to the potty :)
marie ballerina is a fave..flushable star stickers to aim for in potty worked for me
I like the Babipouce Grenadine. My youngest is too young to potty train, but I have potty trained his older brothers and sisters and would say that each kid was ready at different times and that reward charts seem to help.
I gave Bapipouce dolls to my neighbor’s two baby girls. They love them and would no doubt love Emma as well.
My daughter-in -law is having a girl. I like Emma.
