I was born in mid-october, in 1982. Since my sister was five at the time, and was a big mommy’s girl, my mom had to find a way to take me along, but also keep me protected from germs and the cold. She did the kangaroo thing, so I technically went trick-or-treating for the first time at 2 weeks old, as a “joey!”

I did the chick and egg with my daughter 4 years ago, and it was a huge hit! I had people that I didn’t even know coming up to me, asking to take our picture, at our church’s fall festival! I still have friends talking about that costume. I plan to re-use it this year with our newest addition.
