  1. We wash our hands whenever we get back home from some place, and we also take vitamins and use homeopathic remedies at the onset of cold symptoms!

    After dinner but before the kids need to go to sleep, bundle everyone up and take a half an hour walk. The exercise is good for everyone, dad gets to spend quality time with the kids, and no one is parked in front of the television!

    I try to get at least 30 minutes of exercise 2-3 times a week and take plenty of vitamins and extra vitamin c to avoid colds and flu. also drink lots of water.

    I always carry antibacterial wipes with me to wipe off anything we touch when we are outside the house. We also wash our hands when we get home. I give my children the recommended gummy vitamins, so they won’t get sick this winter.

    Stay away from junkfood and eat a lot of fruit, veggies and drink water!

    When I’m out I don’t touch my face especially when visiting the drugstore and when I get home I wash my hands. I also try to carry hand sanitizer.

    I try to stay healthy and fit this season by eating lots of fruits, vegetables and taking a multi vitamin everyday. We also take a 30 minute walk after dinner.

    It’s been said a million times……and I repeat LOUDLY and with ENTHUSIASM: wash your hands frequently, do NOT touch your eyes, nose or face during the day when you are out/working/school/shopping, etc., take your vitamins, especially if you do not eat a well balanced diet, and use a HUMIDIFIER when the air is dry for your nose, lungs, etc. and skin (do you get that “dry skin itch”?). You will feel SO MUCH BETTER! There you are.

    Unless you have a strong reason why you cannot – get a flu shot! It helps keep more than just the flu at bay.

    I try to make sure I take plenty of vitamine C and I drink plenty of water. I also spray all the doorknobs with lysol daily.
