See Kai Run Smaller ShoesSee Kai Run, one of my favorite children’s shoes designers, has unveiled an adorable new collection for the crawling set (newborn to 18 months’) to add to their toddler/preschooler and school-aged children’s line: baby booties by Smaller.

To call Smaller booties, though, is an understatement. We checked out the “Peter” style and all the details of a high-quality leather trainer are faithfully replicated in miniature. With a hip aqua and brown color combo and contrast stitching, this boy is ready for an Autumn stroll in the park, a harvest festival, or a celebratory dinner.

Made of natural, breatheable leather, the flexible suede soles will allow baby’s feet plenty of room to grow while still offering indoor protection.  Cruisers and beginning walkers will appreciate the non-slip rubber pads on the sole.

This is all the style of an older child’s shoe with all the comfort of a baby bootie. So, get down and boogie, baby…shake your booties!
