I ordered a wooden plane & the wheels on it were missing. It took me 3 weeks to get it taken car of. I still have no plane, but one is on the way. I had to contact the manufacturer myself to get it replaced. Phone calls are not answered. You need to leave a message & emails are returned here & there. Great toys, but very bad customer service.
