County Me Healthy

braceletBusy moms need a reminder to take care of themselves. Count Me Healthy has a new Mommy & Me Bracelet that helps mom keep track of her health goals.

Between caring for the kids, working, and don’t forget giving the husband some attention (and let’s not mention the house, okay?),  it can be hard to find time for myself.

Even small things, like drinking at least eight glasses of water a day is a challenge.  Staying hydrated is important for your health–it even helps you lose weight and keeps your skin beautiful.  But every time I go to get a glass of water, the baby needs a new diaper, or someone calls about a project, or the toddler wants to play with her dolls.  By the end of the day I’m exhausted, headachey, and then I realize–I’m dehydrated.

mommymebraceletWith my new Mommy & Me bracelet Count Me Healthy sent to me, I have no problem keeping track.  Once this becomes second nature, I can use my bracelet to keep track of new benchmarks for me or the kids, like feedings, “diet points,” or even the number of times I give my daughter positive reinforcement.

There is a special “bump” in the middle of the bracelet to ensure the beads do not cross from one side to the other unless you move them.

Each of the bracelets has a different bead style. So, you can stack them to keep track of several goals, including ones for a healthy mind and soul, like good deeds, kind words, or personal affirmations.

Count Me Healthy Bracelets have a simple and elegant sterling silver design, so you can wear them with jeans, a suit, or a little black dress. These are a perfect gift for any woman–especially a busy mom in your life.

WANT IT: Get the Mommy & Me Bracelet ($88) from Count Me Healthy.

WIN IT: One winner will receive a Mommy & Me Bracelet. Visit Count Me Healthy and leave us a comment by 11:59 PM EST, May 22, letting us know what goal you would track with your bracelet. Contest open to all.

I would use this bracelet to keep track of how much I interact with the people I work with. I get to work and that’s just what I do, work. But, I’m also supposed to talk with the people under me at least once each day. I get so engrossed, I forget, so this bracelet would help me remember to be a better person and talk to my co-workers.

These bracelets are genius!! Such an innovative design and creative idea behind what they represent! There are so many different types of things I’d love to track, one of which is making sure everyday I give myself 15 minutes of me alone time, away from our 3 young children, in order to do my Yoga. I have been finding it increasingly difficult to squeeze this into my daily routine because I seemed to get sidetracked with different issues each day, but perhaps if I had this constant reminder on my wrist it will give me the motivation that I need to make sure I allot that short amount of time to myself. I find Yoga keeps my grounded, in touch with myself, how I feel and what my goals are. It is really quite effortless and something I enjoy doing, so I thank you for the opportunity to enter!
