Peaceable Kingdom Sticker Kits Fun (12 Days of Giveaways)

What kid doesn’t love stickers? I’ve seen toddlers mob a librarian just to get a little star to put on their shirts.

Peaceable Kingdom Press has stickers galore that range from the typical stickers (including the scratch-and-sniff and glitter varieties) to sticker craft kits, reusable sticker clings, and sticker games, that encourage children to create, personalize, and learn.

We checked out a grab-bag of sticker fun that included the US Map Sticker Tote, Light Switch covers kit, Funny Faces Sticker Tote, Glow-in-the-Dark Quick Sticker Kit, Princess Castle Quick Sticker Kit, Grape, Bubblegum Scratch & Sniff mini stickers, Baseball, Breakfast Fun, Cute Kitty, and I Heart Earth Itsy Bitsy Stickies.

Light Switch Covers Kit

The Light Switch Covers Kit ($5) is a real fun craft activity that  even convince your preschooler to stay in bed all night.  Kids can decorate the covers with glow in the dark stickers to put together their own creation.  My kids had a lot of fun and can’t wait to turn off the lights!
princess castleFor your little royalty, the Folding Princess Castle Kit ($5) makes a great activity on the go.  The laminated cardboard castle pops up easily and is ready to decorate with the included glitter stickers.  Add a few of your child’s favorite miniature figurines into the mix and you have a beautiful backdrop for play that your child helped create herself.  My daughter’s little fairies feel right at home.  She enjoys creating make-believe scenarios in this setting.  I think this would be perfect for long waits in the doctors’ office, keeping younger siblings occupied during sports games, and for overnight visits and travel.
As an educator, I also want to highlight the award-winning United States Sticker Map Pack ($10).  A fold-out map and reusable stickers fit perfectly in the handy little tote.  Going on a road trip?  Use the map to study your route and the states you will see.  The map is also ideal for teaching young children about U.S. Geography.  The stickers are a great motivator.
Stickers are a great learning tool because they allow children to physically move objects, customize their own designs, and also because they are just plain fun!
