October is Breast Cancer Awareness month, and the time of year where we are all inundated with “pink” products, from cleaning supplies, food and makeup to watching the NFL players with their pink cleats. Many products claim to donate to various breast cancer charities, but being me, I take the initiative to conduct my own research and choose the ones that I feel are authentic and truly do give back.
One of these is AutoTex Pink Wiper Blades from Cequent Consumer Products. Yes, pink wiper blades! Let me tell you a little bit about the history of the company and you will see for yourself why this is definitely a product worth picking up.
AutoTex Pink was started by Paula Lombard, a 20-year wiper industry veteran. For every wiper blade purchased, AutoTex PINK proudly makes a donation to the National Breast Cancer Foundation for sales made in the US and the Breast Cancer Society of Canada for sales made in Canada. That’s every wiper blade, every day, of every month, of every year. Not just in October. 85 percent of AutoTex PINK’s proceeds directly support women by providing educational information, free mammograms to those who can’t afford them and breast cancer research. To me, that’s commitment.
AutoTex Pink is an official partner of the NBCF, and you can access more details about the partnership here.
AutoTex Pink boasts a full line of high quality, universal windshield wipers with 99 percent coverage of vehicles on the road. The wipers come in standard black with a pink ribbon and in full pink to make a bolder statement. I picked the full pink naturally :) Take a look for yourself and I think you will agree that you are not only getting a great pair of wiper blades (who doesn’t need them?!) but you will be legitimately supporting the NBCF as well.
**I was sent a pair of AutoTex Pink Wiper Blades for my car from Cequent Consumer Products for Breast Cancer Awareness month. All thoughts are my own and I was not compensated for this post in any way. **
