Each day, Health Mart pharmacists are working to make their communities healthier. Do you know someone who is making your community healthier? Whether it’s a friend, neighbor, family member or co-worker, Health Mart is awarding $50,000 in grants to a winner’s choice of non-profit to continue the good work they’re doing.
I use my blog as a platform to promote health initiatives and social good causes that are important to me. Subjects like maternity health, postpartum depression awareness and pretty much anything to do with children are causes that I like to devote my time and attention to. I am also a co-founder of Bloganthropy, an organization that aims to empower bloggers to become philanthropic leaders in their communities. Through Bloganthropy, I have not only connected with so many other bloggers and their charitable causes, but I also co-created an award to recognize and honor those bloggers for their philanthropic efforts.
Entering is easy. Just share your story about how you or someone you know is improving the health in your community, and you could win the right to select the non-profit of your choice to receive thousands of dollars to continue critically important work for the health of the community. This is a very easy way to honor someone who gives selflessly and help a charity that’s in need of financial assistance to continue doing their much needed work.
– A $30,000 grant chosen by the grand prize winner
