The #JerseyLove Social Media Moms Retreat was a huge success and raised a total of $5k for displaced families along the Jersey Shore. These moms and bloggers pulled out all of the stops to bring attention to the destruction Hurricane Sandy caused to so many shore towns in NJ and NY and to show the […]
I participated in a campaign on behalf of Mom Central Consulting for Hershey Entertainment and Resorts. I received a promotional item as a thank you for participating. Some of my best summer memories as a kid were made at Hersheypark. We typically took summer day trips and would leave early in the morning to max out our park time. […]
Have you taken the Food List Challenge on Facebook? I’ve tried 83 of the 100 foods on the list. Given the opportunity, I would likely try all 100. Why? My parents always encouraged me to try new things. As a child and teen, I accompanied them on trips around the world– learning about history, art, language, culture and trying new foods. These family trips inspired a lifelong love of learning and voracious reading habits. But they also made me a more adventurous person, which was definitely a factor in starting my own small business in 2010.
Disney Social Media Moms Conference is almost here and we are getting sooooo excited! I am taking my oldest with me who couldn’t get enough of the Dumbo ride last year when we went to the new Fantasyland opening. As he grows, so will the rides we can share since I LOVE roller coaster rides. […]

The night […]

The holidays are upon us, and that means a lot of traveling. Some traveling is local: quick trips to the grocery store to get food for holiday meals, appetizers for parties, ingredients for sweet treat you are baking for gifts. Some traveling is more involved. For many, celebrating the holidays means hopping in the car […]

My family spent the 4th of July in Atlantic City as guests of the Atlantic City Alliance. Before our trip, I wrote about how Atlantic City is working to transform its image, and I was not disappointed by the spectacular new Duality show at Boardwalk Hall.
