Win Hip and Practical Baby Clothing from Stylease!

Posted by Mamanista on Nov 22, 2007 | 81 Comments

At Mamanista, we believe that moms shouldn’t have to choose between style and practicality when buying baby clothing. One of our goals is to find a reasonably-priced, easy-to-launder, comfortable and hip-looking outfits for baby.

I have to give Mama Luxe credit for finding Stylease in her daily internet browsing and emailing me photos of their adorable outfits. Pictured at left is the “Chips & Cheese” outfit from Stylease’s Spring Line that I received. Even though this looks like a three-piece layered outfit, it is actually one-piece!

You’ll find it easy to dress baby since this one piece has snap openings in the crotch for easy diaper changes and hidden snaps to open the outfit to the waist in the front. And baby will look fashionable all day (or at least until he spits up) because the attached-shirt will never ride up, twist or tangle. I laundered the “Chips & Cheese” outfit, and it held up really well in the wash and had no color-bleeding at all. (According to the Stylease website, all the outfits are made with colorfast fabrics.)

Stylease clothing is both fashionable and extremely practical, so it should come as no surprise that these one-piece snapsuits that look like separates were mom-invented. Jennifer details the establishment and growth of her mom-owned business on her blog. I found a great assortment of outfits for both boys and girls in sizes 3-24 months on their http://www.stylease.com/ site, and the clothing is reasonably-priced ($21-$28) as well.

Great giveaway!! The idea of layered look in a one piece is ingenious!! I love the Lounge Lizard and when I clicked on it, the description “cool cats always on the move, always showing off his crib, checkin’ out the babes” too funny!! and definitely my little guy, he’s such a little flirt!!

  • Nicky said:

Well this solves the constant dilemma of finding a perfectly-matched outfit. Just because I’m not always sylistically (word?) gifted, it doesn’t mean my kid has to suffer too. :-) They remind me of one of my favorite swimsuit ideas: the one piece that looks like a tankini. Except so much cooler, of course.

Totally digging Lil and Anthony! njc62710(at)ucmo(dot)edu
