We’re happy to post about the Special Benefit Performance of “Driving Miss Daisy” scheduled for Monday, February 7th at 8pm because it combines two of our favorite things: the arts and charity. All proceeds from the special performance will benefit the The Actors Fund, which provides social services, health care services, employment assistance and housing services to those working in entertainment and the performing arts.

So I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to offer one lucky Mamanista reader the chance to win a Family Four Pack of Tickets to Sesame Street Live “Elmo’s Green Thumb” at Madison Square Garden in New York City.
Can you imagine spending the Holidays in the hospital with your child? That nearly happened to us four years ago at Thanksgiving when my then infant daughter needed open heart surgery.
